                       Our Tartlet Range

Our tartlet range contains some of our best selling lines. All tartlets can be supplied frozen or ambient (6-8 week shelf life dependent on variety) in boxes of 24 unless otherwise stated. We have the ability to make tartlets in three different sizes and the capability to make a wider range, including shorter life lines for frozen distribution. Please contact us if you have a specific request.

Bakewell Tart 

A traditional iced Bakewell Tart made with ground almonds and decorated by hand with half a glace cherry.

Iced Lemon Tart 

A pastry shell with lemon curd and lemon flavoured ground almond franzipan. They are topped with a lemon flavoured fondant and decorated by hand.

Treacle Tart 

A traditional Treacle Tart. A crisp pastry shell filled with a treacle filling made of golden syrup, breadcrumbs and a hint of lemon and ginger. Hand finished with a pastry star.

 

Almond Tart 

A crisp pastry case filled with a layer of jam and a moist franzipan, topped with premium flaked almonds.

 

Viennese Mince Tart x20

Made using our smaller die set - a crisp pastry shell generously filled with a mature luxury mincemeat then piped with viennese and dusted with sugar by hand.
